On Katie's birthday, remnants of Hurricane Ivan came through Pittsburgh, dumping over 8 inches of rain in about 10 hours.   There was much flooding in the region, and power outages.

Scott was working that day, and was stuck even later, and it took him much longer to get home.  The entire evening was spent by candlelight as we had no electricity.
