Manuscripts are solicited that focus on emerging, preferably non-numeric, applications that can benefit from shared-memory multiprocessors. Manuscripts that report on tools and methodologies for performance tuning of such applications are also welcome. Topics of interest include o Emerging applications o Application performance o Methodologies and tools for performance tuning o Compiler optimization techniques INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING MANUSCRIPTS Manuscripts should be no longer than 20 double spaced, single sided pages including text, figures, and references. No more than 12 references should be cited. Papers must not have been previously published or currently sub- mitted for publication elsewhere.
