SUBMISSIONS The conference will accept Long papers Submit extended abstracts of no more than 8 pages, including figures and bibliography. Short papers Submit full paper of no more than 4 pages, including figures and bibliography. Panel proposals Submit summary of no more than two pages plus one page of biography per panelist. The summary should indicate the level (Beginning, Intermediate, or Advanced) and should include a 150 word abstract plus a position statement of up to 400 words from each member of the panel. Biographies should include name, brief description of relevant expertise, title, affiliation, address, phone and fax numbers, and email address(es). Poster proposals Submit two page abstract. Demonstration proposals Submit two page abstract (not including figures) and at least four appropriate figures. (Circumstances dictate that there may be a charge for equipment for industrial demonstrations.) Tutorial/Workshop proposals Submit four page summary, one page vita, biography, and sample tutorial materials. Proposals should contain the following: a cover letter that describe the objectives, intended audience, duration (half-a-day or full-day); a title and a short (200-word) abstract that is appropriate for an announcement; a description of the faculty's mail/email address, telephone/fax numbers, qualifications, affiliations and experience on teaching the subject; and a detailed description of the equipment needed for the event.
