This is my wife, Yeonjung (a.k.a., Kris). She and I met while we were studying at Oregon State University in 1997. Kris majored in Business Administration at Hongik University in Seoul, Korea. But she found herself with a gifted talent in graphic design and Kris had to prove to herself that if she has indeed a talent.

After several independent projects she did for several companies in Korea, Kris put together a nice portfolio and applied to several major design schools in the US in 2000 with the hope of getting into at least one. With God's blessing, Kris got into almost every school she applied. Sadly, because I got into Carnegie Mellon University, Kris had to turn down their admissions until I complete my study...

Kris is a tremendously gifted woman and I am eternally grateful for her patience, forgiveness, and most of all her love for herself, me and Shawn, and Lord Jesus.

Hojoon (a.k.a., Shawn) has been a gifted and adorable child for us ever since he was born in October, 1999. Even though he is still a "toddler" Shawn is very attentive and inquisitive. He likes to read and watch "toy story I and II." Shawn can watch the entire movie without leaving the spot. Nowadays, one of his favorite things to say is "To infinity and beyond!" It's so cute when he tries to say it with close-to-perfect pronunciation at his age.

At the nursery school, Shawn has many good friends: Jenny, Faud, Eric, Gayathri, Everlyn, and Cameron. Teachers are very nice and kind to Shawn and Shawn always behaves nice at school. He likes to sing along, play blocks, and spend time in playgrounds. Oh, lately Shawn is often riding the tricycle his grandma bought last year. Since he can ride it pretty fast with no fear, Kris and I have to be extra watchful when Shawn is on the wheel. We usually go outside after dinner for 30 minutes and that's when Shawn rides his bike.

It's still amazing to see how fast Shawn grows up and I am just another lucky guy to have him as my precious child.

Please meet our new born baby girl "Michele." She was born on May 6th at 2:45 pm at the UPMC Shadyside Hospital. Michele was 7.5 lbs and 20 inch long when she was born.

It's been a week since Michele was born and there wasn't a day without thanking God for his mercy and love for our family. What can I say more to this? I am just one blessed man...
