Using Microsoft Voice Command in conjunction with MortScript(a freeware script engine for pocket pc), it is possible to automate *some* functions of Pocket Streets using voice commands. Such
functions include connecting / disconnecting the GPS receiver, zooming in and out on the map and displaying GPS information.

Voice command contains functionality that allows one to issue commands using the "start" voice command. Shortcuts can be created and placed in the programs subfolder of the start menu. MortScript supports sending stylus taps via scripts whose structure are very similar to simple DOS batch scripts.
Note: Some adjustments to the scripts may be necessary depending on the model of PDA used. For example, the Dell X50v / X51v has a slighlty longer screen ...
Instructions:
- Install Microsoft voice command (Optional)
- Install MortScript
- Ensure that Pocket Streets is installed (and configured) for your GPS.
Unzip the scripts and shortcuts. Copy the shortcuts to the \Windows\Start Menu\Programs folder on your device. Place the scripts in the MortScript folder.
Commands:
"Start map" - This will toggle bluetooth on/off, run Pocket Streets,zoom to street level, start the connection to the GPS receiver,set the light map backround and remove the pan arrows (the map options can be enabled or disabled by adding/removing the comments in the script).
"Start streets zoom in" - zoom the map in one level
"Start streets zoom out" - zoom the map out one level
"Start Streetsinfo" - display the gps information screen for 10 seconds
