this toy is a "hand peddler," made out of high density polyethylene plastic. sit on the platform (between two large wheels) and move your self along!
this is a perspective view of the two most visible components of the hand peddler. each hand crank operates the corresponding wheel so that turning is possible. turning the hand crank one time will turn the large wheels twice. turning the hand crank operates a gear which engages another gear, which turns the large wheel.
