This toy concept was inspired by a very similar toy I owned as a child and still having sitting on my desk today.
The shapes are all made of colorful molded plastic. There are approximately 15 squares and 10 triangles. Each vertex of a shape has a small magnet imbedded in it which is visible on the exterior. Along with the shapes come approximately 20 small metal balls.
The shapes themselves can be put together to make flat patters and designs or you can use the balls to create fun three dimensional designs. Both of these will teach children the basic principles of magnetism as they discover that some corners of the shapes will attract while some will repel others.
As this toy does contain small parts, it is not recommended for children under 6 years of age. However, this product can be an entertaining toy for adults of all ages as well.
