Newspaper Structures

The assignment: Design a freestanding newspaper structure that will enclose your team within the allotted hour. Write directions so that a different group will be able to construct the design. Const ruct a different groups design based on their instructions.

Having a group of short girls for this project was wonderful.

A good mix of different personality types really can help with group dynamics.

Team work is really necessary when you only have an hour to design a structure

Just because something makes sense to you does not mean that it will make sense to someone else.

Assume nothing when writing instructions for other people- the only thing you know for sure is that they can read.

Tape is stronger than newspaper.
