Group Dynamics: the MBTI Evaluation

The activity: Take the Myer Briggs Temperment (MBTI) Evaluation to determine your personality type.

What I learned:
There are many different kinds of personality types. The main ones that deal with group dynamics are introvert and extrovert (I or E) and judger/perciever (J or P). After taking the test, I found that I am an ENFP/ENTP.
My biggest problem on the test was the lack of choices with the questions. For many of them, I would not really have chosen any of the options, but I had to force an answer.
We have used these archetypes to make groups for the rest of our projects to help ensure good group dynamics.
