Scenes from My Life
- Things are a little
different back home
than usual graduate student fare. Much more in the way of
axes and looking up at trees about to fall.
- Home is a little more
wooded
and a little less populated, though, so it's not too surprising.
- And a little damper,
too. To think you complain about the amount of rain here!
- Sometimes the trees and water combine; the results can be
surprisingly pretty.
- Forget not the small things, though - this is from the recent
orchid show in
Pittsburgh. Not all my time is spent working.
- Sometimes I pine for the days of
hard work at Carnegie Mellon; now I just hang around Brown.
