T Shirt Design Contest

Here are all the entries submitted. They are numbered, for anonymity. For each I have included the back design, front design, and comments (or whichever of these I received for each design). You can click on any picture to blow it up to "full size".

We will vote during the last IC for a favorite, which will get "mass-produced". I'm not sure exactly how the voting will be done (maybe we can mix/match favorite fronts or backs: some designs show only fronts or backs). I'll also ask you to indicate how many -if any- T shirts you would like to buy and what size(s) you want. I'll come up with a reasonable estimate for the price beforehand too.

Design #1:

Intended bg-color: black or navy

This is a dragon blowing out flames that say "SCS" while flying. One plate on a flying cloud has technical books on it, and the other plate on the other flying cloud has pieces of code on it. The dragon is hungry, and is holding a knife and fork so that it can dig into these contents.

The design is intended for a white background, though I guess inverting it could also work for a white design on a black shirt. 		Back

The concept is CS students improve life by "debugging" it. The scottie dog had errors in its programming - it couldn't see through walls for example, or read fine print on an advertisement a mile away - so we've given him a visor (reminiscent of Star Trek) to fix these bugs. 		Back

Design #10b:

Beige shirt with blue and black ink. It is a girl created by computers, as shown by the wires coming out of her head, and it shows how computers can be beautiful. 		Back

Design #11:

Text preferably white (on any color shirt)

Either's a large back design or a small frontal design that can be used with other T-shirts. The dragon is curved like a C so it looks like "SCS."
