Hi, my name is Ning Hu, nickname Foxy (hence the logo has a fox). I am a Ph.D. student in Computer Science here at Carnegie Mellon University. My advisor is Professor Roger B. Dannenberg. My research interests are Multimedia (especially Music / Audio) Information Retrieval, Machine Learning, Audio Analysis and Computer Music.
I have received two master's degrees from Carnegie Mellon, one is Computer Science, the other is Entertainment Technology. I got my bachelor's degree from the Department of Computer Science & Technology, Tsinghua University, Beijing.
I already graduated from CMU with a Ph.D. in Computer Science, and have been working in the IT industry for years. For details see my LinkedIn profile.
