Topaz is a highly modular system for building and visualizing BVHs. The imlpementation is currently split accross three languages: C#-mono, C++, and OCaml. The C# portion is in the process of being phased out and replaced by the OCaml version. Until that happens I'm not quite comfortable publishing it online, but I'd be glad to provide a version to anyone who inquires.
