B.S. in Music and Technology
Carnegie Mellon's Bachelor of Science in music technology offers students the opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of all three areas of study relating to Music technology: music, computer programming, and electrical engineering. Regardless of the entry point, students leave the program with a breadth of knowledge and experience in the field, as well as a specialized focus in their chosen area of expertise. Students vary from accomplished musicians to those with a keen interest in exploring the musical applications of technology, and working closely with advisors to guide in both course selection and capstone projects.
