midi-base.scm updated.
midi-lib.dll updated (so to handle correctly time division).

Please replace the midi-base.scm and midi-lib.dll files in:
  Program files/PLT/Collects/midi-lib with the new ones -- in the web site.

There are new class notes: Class2#.scm/doc.

There is a new homework assignment on class2.
