Mary Soon Lee's Web Friends
The following are links to the home pages of those of my friends who
are cool enough to have Web pages. Of course, you are also welcome to
visit my home page. To prevent any allegations
of favoritism, people are listed in alphabetical order.
- Chris
Atkeson -
This page used to be a classic, consisting almost entirely of
fields filled with the word "blah." I confess I am disappointed that
most of these have been replaced with useful information.
- Carroll Brown -
friend and author, whose credits include stories in F&SF and
Adventures of Sword & Sorcery.
- Andrew Burt -
Author, and organizer of Critters, an online SF/F/H workshop.
- Ron Collins -
E-mail friend and fellow author, who also has one of the best personal
web-sites I've seen.
- Timons Esaias -
Satirist, poet, science fiction author, and a very good friend.
- John Leavitt -
I can't resist mentioning Omphalos, a magazine John founded to review
science fiction and fantasy. Alas, after a very promising first issue
back in Spring 1994, Omphalos has vanished into oblivion. Feel free
to nag John about bringing out new issues.
- Barton Paul
Levenson - fellow Worldwright and the creator of some of the most
appealing characters I've ever read about.
- Paul Melko - As
Mr. Melko once said, "Roll me another mouse, man." Need I say more?
Yes! I need to: Paul's credits include stories in Realms of Fantasy,
Not One of Us, Talebones, and Terra Incognita.
- Andrew Moore -
Someone else with a British accent. My best friend. The only person
on this list who knew me before I was old enough to vote. Oh yes, and
he's my husband.
- Vera
Nazarian - Gifted author, a gifted artist, and a valued e-mail
friend; her stories have appeared in Sword & Sorceress and
Marion Zimmer Bradley's Fantasy Magazine.
- Patricia Duffy
Novak -Patricia's beautiful story, "Wings," was in the
December 1995 issue of Realms of Fantasy. She has also been
published in Adventures of Sword & Sorcery, Sword &
Sorceress and Marion Zimmer Bradley's Fantasy Magazine.
- Jeff Schneider
- Lisa
S. Silverthorne - Lisa is a constant inspiration to me for her
productivity, and she is also a very sweet friend. She has been
published in Bending the Landscape, Sword and Sorceress,
Marion Zimmer Bradley's Fantasy Magazine, 100 Wicked Little
Witch Stories, Blood Muse, and many other places.
- Matthew Soar - A friend
from when I lived in Cambridge, England.
- Tim Steele - Another friend
from when I lived in Cambridge, England.
