Phelps Promptcare

I did a few google searches yesterday, and was impressed by the results. I feel that the billing practices at Phelps are dishonest, so I was happy to see that, for example, my webpage is the first result returned for a number of common searches:

phelps nigro
phelps knaus
phelps hospital warning

I am also on the first page of results returned for even more basic searches:

phelps memorial hospital

For example, searching for phelps promptcare gives the following as the first two results:

I found a page listing some of the people at Phelps. The Dr. Nigro listed is certainly not the "Dr. Nigro" who saw me. I am unsure of whether I saw someone else, a relative perhaps, of this Dr. Nigro, or if Phelps is just using the name of their Emergency Department Medical Director on their invoices by default.

Phelps memorial hospital has finally decided to bill me directly (instead of my insurance company). Since they never responded to the letter I sent them (and it has been six months since then) I had thought that they might have decided to adjust the bill as they had suggested; instead, it looks like the same old bill plus about $30 additional for some sort of state charge. In response, I have created the following webpage as documentation:
