Microsoft word has the capability to convert this document if you installed
this capability when word was originally installed on your PC.  If not find
the original MS word CD and place it on drive as to install word again.
Once it realizes that the install is present, it will offer you a chance to
install additional features.  Look for conversions options and install
word-perfect data conversion capabilities.  It is self-explanatory after
that.
