Depends on what you are trying to do.  If you know you are going to count a vote center manually, set it as count method “manual only”.  If you are just need to manually enter in some memory card totals, or modify them, you don’t need to set up anything.  As with everything, try it out and familiarize yourself before you have to use it e night.

Do you have to set up manual entry as a vote center like you do a polling or absentee vote center using  central count?  Or can you simply run manual entry on any precinct any time? Thanks
