·         Fix problem with first page blank in some open primary elections

·         Fix problem when mouse clicks pass through hide window.

·         Fix crash in write-in dialog when pressing number keys on QWERTY keyboard.

·         Fix problem when write-in name did not show on a ballot after write-in correction.

·         Start at the beginning of the ballot when reviewing the ballot in VIBS mode.

·         Add VIBS_WI_Welcome as an intro instruction to the VIBS dialog.

·         Use 9 key to confirm write-in entry, instead of 5.

·         Use * key to cancel write-in entry, instead of 0.
