I really think you need something in there for dummies like me that tells how to get a new version of BS onto the pcmcia card - cuz i don't remember how to do it

I have prepared a document titled 'Transmission Guide', posted to pub/incoming with password 'k22zxj5dmbam'.  This document is intended to support the process of configuring, testing and implementing GEMS as well as the AccuVote-OS and -TS voting devices for transmission.

 

For those interested, constructive input into this document would be appreciated no later than Monday, December 3rd.
