RE: Accuvote-OS & TS Pre-Election Reports

Because some of the other reports are not election night reports.  The name of the game is to come up with something generic.  Perhaps it would be best to change the menu item to just "reports" until someone comes up with something better.

Why are the AccuVote-OS and AccuVote-TS reports located in Pre-Election Reports?  Recently a customer asked me why these reports are located under Pre-Election Reports when they have only used these reports when the election has been uploaded or/and completed.  I must admit it's a valid point.  What about Post-Election Reports?
