Re: Correct Term - Flash Memory

It is now official.  Hear ye Hear ye, based on the power invested in (insert your own joke), it has here been decreed that the official name for the internal memory thingamawhatsit in the "AccuVote-TS Internal Flash Filesystem".  This name has been chosen after careful consideration by a committee of the most respected and esteemed technical, support, and sales personnel over the course of several seconds.  In the best tradition of this company, should you wish to change this official name, simply announce said change via email, and you shall make it so.

I don't think there is one.  Be a trend setter and make something up.  "Internal Flash Filesystem" is one suggestion, but that is by no means official.

Subject: Correct Term - Flash Memory

Am writing Certification Procedures.  Is the correct term for the AccuVote-TS system memory storage "flash memory"?  I'm not referring to the PCMCIA, but the other redundant memory.
