Volusia county indicates that on election morning a precinct AV unit
stopped taking ballots at 320 counted.
The poll Worker left unit off waiting for a rover to show up. After waiting a while she turned the unit back on and display read “prepare
for election” according to the precinct worker. Another reports this same type problem but the LCD
displayed Total Count 0 when turned back on? Have you ever heard of this happening before? Please advise. John |
