Not sure if this is a bug or a rcr.
Does not want the write-in
text to appear at all with the write-in line. According to Gaston,
NC they was able to do this in the NOV 99 election.
Created a WI and deleted the write-in text in race
editor. On the ballot only the line appears, however on the AVTS the WI
text shows below the line. I noticed under ballot options/oval-box the
below line option is selected. Should there be a None category with
this? Or is there another way to remove the WI text from the
AVTS?
