Re: 1.16 color features, take 1.5

Quite a while back I rcr'd about identifying specific text to be included in the separate oval ballot file printed in 032 red.  It was not practical at the time.  Currently, the graphics company adds the text to the red oval film to produce the plate.

Is it possible to identify text and have it added to the red oval file?  Example "PLEASE TURN OVER AND CONTINUE VOTING"

Quick follow up (there will be more).  Also in color tab of the ballot options:

These two check boxes allow you to suppress printing color on paper if you only want to use color on the touch screen.  If "Text" is unchecked, all text color will be replaced with black.  If "Background" is unchecked, the background color will always be transparent.

The default is to have both of these unchecked, so if you want color on paper, you'll need to check them.
