That's OK, but is very inefficient with alot of extra stuff AND only has information for the consolidated precinct.  Remember that they are entering by base precinct.  Use of the Card report would require them to add up their base precinct information manually.  We need a voter reg report that deals with base precincts if this is how we want them to enter it.

California accounts are entering voter registration totals by base precinct for 8 parties.  In Marin's case this is roughly 3000+ entries.  They would like to proof their entries.  Is there a GEMS report that prints reg totals by precinct by party??
