RE: Puerto Rico - Gems - Reporting



Yes, there are 1683 polling locations.  But, they are going to hand count, 
this time, at the polling locations, less 75 that we are doing election 
day.  Then we are going to do Central Count on all 1683 precincts after 
election day.  There is a mandatory recount done after election day.  This 
will be required, even if we sell the whole island.

King does 2,700 reporting precincts, so that's not an issue.  What do you
mean they are all Central count?  No polling places??
