The following attachment comes out of a discussion Tab and I
had over the phone last Friday. It is meant to summarize some potential
improvements in our ability to apply "building" blocks of testing, eventually
allowing the use of automated filling of counters and transferring them to GEMS,
printing out SOVC, and verifying totals.
