Good Question.
I still have work orders open for
lack of anything to send the customer. If there is something that is being
used for GEMS training, that is considered GEMS documentation, then I need to be
notified when that is delivered so I can knock it off the work order or be given
copies of it to ship to customers.

reason I am asking, I am set up to do training for Shelby, TN for the
week
of January 10th, and I would like to have some type of documentation
to be
able to give to them. Does anyone have something that they are using
for the Gems customers??? If so, could you pass it on to
