Fw: Gems 1-13-5 & Audit Printer

Ken, on this issue of transferring Audit Log. I can understand not wanting
to transfer log along with Vote totals on election day, slowing upload,
clogging db, etc. However, I could see the need to review logs and it would
seem better to do it on GEMS. How about a seperate Xfer of the audit logs
off the admin screen on the TS unit to upload only those logs to GEMS (done
probably days after the election if they needed to be reviewed only).
