Has anybody considered providing customers with only a computer file version of
the documentation for them to print at their leisure (i.e., a PDF file)? That
kind of documentation could be easily updated with new releases and patches and
would save Global the cost of having to stock manuals, discard outdated manuals,
and supplying customers with manual updates.
