Reasonable enough request.  I will include this in our plans to re-vamp the
pre-election reports.  The plan is to include options for many of these
reports.  Work on this was intended to start in the beginning of Febuary,
but it has been pre-empted by AccuTouch integration.  I think we are now
looking at summer before work on the reports gets started.  In the mean time
just get them to ignore the sequence ids.
