Hi, I am 17 years old and a 12th grader at North Allegheny Senior High School of North Allegheny School District. I am on the NA track team since 1999 and am doing the short distance running(100m, 200m, 400m, and relays). I am also a member of martial art club, french club, philosophy club, and key club at school.

I have participated in Pennsylvania's Governor school for health care study during the summer of 2003. It was held for 5 weeks at the University of Pittsburgh and I had a lots of fun and made many new friends.

I am an "Eagle boyscout" (Sept. 2003, Troop 605, Seneca District, Greater Pittsburgh Council)

Since September 1999, I have been taking TaeKwonDo lessons at Young Brothers (Grand Master Gong Young Bo) and I earned the 1st degree black belt in April, 2002. In a few months, I will earn a second degree belt.

I play classic guitar when I feel bored. My dad bought me an acoustic guitar in January 2002.

I have been a volunteer at the Pasavant Hospital since Sept. 2002.

I have worked as a bus boy on most Saturdays at King's family restaurant at the Wexford exit on I-79 from February 2001 to August 2002.

I have been dancing with a TongGan Dance group. I performed at the Station Square in 2001 and Heinz Field in May 2002.

I am proud of being a Korean-American and enjoy trips to Korea whenever possible. I have visited Korea during summers of 1987(for my first birthday!), 1989, 1992, 1995, 1999, 2000, 2001, and 2003. Actually, I love travelling in general. So far, I have been to Arizona, California, Canada, Conneticut, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Washington D.C., West Virginia, Wyoming. Someday, I like to go to Alaska.

I have a younger brother, Junny and a baby brother Ryan. My Dad, Harry Kim, works at Robotics Institute, Carnegie Mellon University.

My Mom, Jinhee P. Kim is a web designer.
