My computing background makes me a software developer by trade. Even with the demands of graduate school, I still make an effort to remain involved in the open source community.

I've been involved with a number of very successful open source projects. At the moment, I regularly contribute to The Horde Project, PHP, and PEAR.

When I'm able, I release code I've written under an open source license. My personal preferences are the BSD License and the Apache License.

• MIDI Input Library - a MIDI input library for Windows
• DirectInput Joystick Wrapper - a C++ class that wraps DirectInput joysticks
