Short Biography

James Hendricks is a PhD candidate in Carnegie Mellon's Computer Science Department under professors Greg Ganger and Mike Reiter. He is interested in the applied aspects of computer science, especially storage systems, fault tolerance, security, and network systems.

James graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Tau Beta Pi in EE/CS from the University of California, Berkeley. He has worked at IBM Almaden, Cisco, and Los Alamos National Laboratory. James was born and raised in Los Alamos, New Mexico.
