Keep in mind that some actions are goal-oriented and others are not. Non-goal oriented actions might be acquiring information about a person from posters, lecture notices, and conference call for papers. Also jokes, etc.

We need to narrow our focus, and soon. Should we deal with hanouts? Seems that most of our examples involve scheduling in some form.
Jodi wants to deal with abstract information, where small amounts of information are shown with symbols or icons.
We haven't looked at door interactions, just static artifacts. We also haven't conducted any interviews.
We want to look at the interactions between people through doors.
