IWQoS invites the submission of both "long" technical papers and "short" position papers.
Long papers must be less than 20 double-spaced pages long, including all figures
and citations, and must include
an abstract of 100 - 150 words. They must present the results of fairly mature research
efforts. Position papers must be less than 6 double-spaced pages long. They should
present potentially controversial ideas or more preliminary research results.
All submission should present original material and should not have been
previously published nor should they currently be under review by another conference or
journal. Any previous or simultaneous publication of related material should
be explicitly noted in the submission. The maximum length of final papers in the
proceedings will be 10 pages for long technical papers and 3 pages for short
position papers.
Authors must submit papers electronically via the web. Please visit
the IWQos online paper management system for instructions on registering
and submitting your paper. Papers must be submitted in postscript or pdf format.
The deadline for IWQoS 2000 has been extended until Saturday February 26, 11:59 pm EST. However, in
order to make use of this automatic extension,
you must submit a title, author list, by the original deadline
(Monday February 21). This information has to be entered using the
web submission page. There will
be no exceptions to this on-time registration of your paper.
