Two CHIPs begin on opposite sides of a special rectangular world.
Ping pong balls are scattered randomly throughout this world at first.
The CHIPs' rear bumpers are pressed simultaneously to start the game.
The CHIPS try to push as many balls as they can out of their half of the
maze.
No human may interfere with the game once it has begun, until the time
limit.
At the time limit, whichever CHIP has the LEAST number of ping pong balls
on its side of the maze wins!
