I am a Ph.D. candidate at Language Technologies Institute, School of Computer Science, Carnegie Mellon University. My advisor is Professor Jamie Callan. I am interested in Information Retrieval, Text Mining, and Learning. I am currently working on Automatic Concept Ontology Construction (download software OntoCop). I used to work on large dataset text mining for eRulemaking.
For more information about eRulemaking, here is eRulemaking on Wikipedia .
