Print Service Maintenance and Upgrade

During this maintenance, the current Windows print server, MONOLITH, will be upgraded. As part of this server upgrade, all Windows print drivers are being upgraded in order to provide greater printer functionality and higher print server availability.
If you do not log out prior to this upgrade, and you print via MONOLITH.SRV.CS.CMU.EDU, most printer connections will continue to work and will automatically upgrade their drivers. If you do experience problems, please log out and back in to run the print driver re-installation script automatically.
If you print via MONOLITH on a Windows computer that is not a member of the SCS domain, please run the software installer SCS-Fix-Monolith-Printers-All.exe from MONOLITH.SCS.AD.CS.CMU.EDU in PC_DIST\SCS\Fix-Monolith-Printers\1.1.
NOTE: After this upgrade when referencing MONOLITH you should use the fully qualified domain name: MONOLITH.SCS.AD.CS.CMU.EDU
