iPass Service Alert

Severity: MODERATE

Starting 2014-Mar-16 07:00 AM GMT

Ending 2014-Jul-15 07:00 AM GMT

During infrastructure upgrade, our Wi-Fi partner Tomizone has detected some issues that may prevent iPass users from connecting to hotspots within their network. Tomizone hotspots in these countries may be affected: Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines. iPass is working with the provider to complete the upgrade as early as possible. Currently estimated ETA is early July 2014. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and recommend alternate venues be used where accessible. To locate Wi-Fi hotspots in your area please visit http://hotspotfinder.ipass.com/.

Please contact the SCS Help Desk at x8-4231 or send mail to help+@cs.cmu.edu with any questions or concerns regarding this service alert.
