End of Semester and Winter Break Service Hours - SCS Computing Facilities
SCS Computing Facilities will be closed during the End of Semester and Winter Break.
The SCS Help Desk in 4203 Gates-Hillman Center and Purchasing and Receiving offices in 3613 Wean Hall will provide limited hours, or will be closed, according to the schedule below:
December 15, 2017
- Friday, December 15: Close 12:00 PM
December 22, 2017 - January 3, 2018
- Friday, December 22: Close 12:00 PM
- Wednesday, January 3: Re-open 9:00 AM
To help ensure your purchasing needs are resolved in advance of the break, please have all requests submitted to Purchasing no later than close of business on Tuesday, December 12. Any packages delivered during the break will be available for pickup in our Receiving area (WEH 3613) on Wednesday, January 3.
As always, our SCS Computing Operations staff will be available 24 x 7 to provide limited support during all of the listed closures.
