End of Semester and Winter Break Service Hours - SCS Computing Facilities
The following SCS Computing Facilities customer services:
- SCS Help Desk, 4203 Gates-Hillman Center
- Purchasing and Receiving offices, 3613 Wean Hall
Will provide limited hours or will be closed during the End of Semester and Winter Break. Please refer to the schedule below for details.
December 15, 2016 - December 16, 2016
- Thursday, December 15: Close 12:00 PM
- Friday, December 16: Re-open 9:00 AM
December 22, 2016 - January 3, 2017
- Thursday, December 22: Close 12:00 PM
- Tuesday, January 3: Re-open 9:00 AM
To help ensure your purchasing needs are resolved in advance of the break, please have all requests submitted to Purchasing no later than close of business on Wednesday, December 14. Any packages delivered during the break will be available for pickup in our Receiving area (WEH 3613) on Tuesday, January 3.
As always, our SCS Computing Operations staff will be available 24 x 7 to provide limited support during all of the listed closures.
