End of Help Desk Pilot Extended Hours

From Tuesday, September 4, 2012 through December 2012, the SCS Help Desk ran a pilot program offering extended business hours for the SCS Help Desk. This pilot program has now ended and the SCS Help Desk will resume the following normal business hours, starting today, January 2, 2013:

Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm.

We will be reviewing the statistics collected during this pilot to evaluate the need for the extended hour service in the future. Thank you for your participation during this evaluation period.
