Help Desk Survey Announcement

The SCS Help Desk is sending out customer satisfaction surveys to the user community and would appreciate your feedback. The information that we receive will be used to improve our services and quality of support.
The surveys are sent to participants in an email, which includes a link to the survey. The SCS Help Desk is using SurveyMonkey.com to host the surveys.
