SCS Oracle Calendar: Wean Hall Access Changes Scheduled

SERVICES AFFECTED: SCS Conference Rooms in Oracle Calendar

On Friday, August 28, 2009 the following conference rooms and classrooms for Wean Hall will no longer be available for the SCS user community to use or reserve.

Conference rooms: Wean Hall 8220, 7220, 4602, and 4625.

Classrooms: 4615A, 4623, 5409, 5336 and 5419A-D.

If any meetings are scheduled for these rooms after August 28, 2009 they will no longer be available. New reservations must be made in the Gates Hillman conference rooms. The Oracle Calendar designation for the Gates Hillman conference rooms is GHC. The GHC conference rooms are:

2109, 4303, 4405, 5117, 6115, 6121, 6501, 7101, 7501, 8102, 8115, 9115

as well as GHC Sixth Floor Terrace
