New VPN Client released for SCS users.

SCS Computing Facilities has released a new version (5.05.290) of the Windows 2000, XP and Vista VPN client for 32 bit machines.

This release addresses the hibernation issues that were found in previous verisons of the VPN client, as well as other miscellaneous caveats.
