Network maintenance scheduled for PTC and 407 S. Craig St.

Service Affected: Network connectivity at the Pittsburgh Technology Center and 407 South Craig St.

Details:

The leased fiber lines connecting the Carnegie Mellon Pittsburgh campus to the Pittsburgh Technology Center and 407 South Craig St. will be switched over to a new vendor on Friday. During this time, users at these sites will experience intermittent network outages lasting throughout the maintenance period. The loss of network connectivity may last several minutes at a time.
