QATAR CAMPUS: General Service Outage

CS Computing Facilities has received the following Reminder from Computing Services

DAY: Saturday

DATE: August 5, 2006

TIME: 12:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. (Qatar time)

On Saturday, August 5, there will be a service outage while electrical work is performed by the Qatar Foundation in the main data facility (server room).

SERVICES AFFECTED:During the outage you will NOT to be able to access any of following QATAR CAMPUS services:

Networking
Printing
Email (including WebMail)
Web servers and services
File sharing
VPN (including from home)
Video conferencing
